Project Partners
The five public library partners in the national phase of the Welcome To Your Library project partners were chosen after a competitive selection process in 2005. This resulted in 19 applications, two from consortia of local authorities.
The Project Co-ordinator worked closely with The Network and many stakeholders in different sectors.
